San Antonio is full of hidden gems and Denman Estate Park is one of them. If you have lived in San Antonio for a while and not heard of the Denman Estate don’t feel bad. I had never heard of this place either. The park is tucked in a residential area on the northwest side of town. It is a perfect place to escape busy city life and take a walk in a scenic, historical place. This park features a beautiful view of a hand-built Gwangju – a Korean monument overlooking the turquoise water pond. Korean craftsmen and artists traveled to San Antonio to assemble it. This park also features a .5-mile walking trail, picnic benches and tables, parking, lighting, drinking water fountains, art sculpture, and lots of trees for shade.
This is the park. Now lets talk about Denman Estate. The park features a historical house that is located just off the side of the pond. It is beautiful. Full of Southern charm and feels enchanting. If you are interested in incorporating a beautiful southern luxury feel to your photos consider doing your photography session at the Denman Estate. I know you wont regret it.
